Since it was brought up. Who the fuck washes their chicken? Why would you wash your chicken if it's already pre-cut? I could understand cutting off the fatty and discolored bits but ffs do not wash your chicken. Cooking is going to sterilize it regardless if you cook it to temperature and all you're doing is watering the flavor down.
