Very powerful, but I don't think any of the characters realize it yet.
If you remember, the final flower added to the wreath was an iris grown by the little girl's mother. Since the iris from the mother's flower bed was no longer there, they decided to grow the flower inside Encore's sonorosphere and add it to the wreath. But when they came out of the sonorosphere after the story has concluded, the iris was still there. This implies that Encore can create something inside the sonorosphere, bring it out into the real world, and it will become real.
