There wasn't a need to mod xstelle in to fc and sc so there's no framework. But now that they will be added to SC and fc for sure there will be a forkable game mod someone can add to do changes they want. Personally I'd love an estelle craft rebalance added to the old fc and sc. There is one singular autistic who can do custom cut scenes in felganas engine but I don't envy someone suffering through that even if he has unfathomable taste in Yuri (otome/maid).
On top of xstelle I also suspect an old key artwork mod.
