Fast and ez: Ban abortions. All countries would've had a natural growth rate if not for that.
Medium solution: forced marriages from a very young age, im talking 13-15, etc. In amemfrica over 50% of births up until recently were due to "teen pregnancy" whatever the fk that meant.
