I fucking love LCS and Toni is definitely an underrated protagonist, but I'll say it's different, story-wise and atmosphere-wise. Which one you prefer is up to you.
One undeniable good point towards LCS is the easier gameplay thanks to things from VC and SA.

A shame you can't get a Hunter without using glitches though, because LC isn't made to be seen from above.
