A good way to deal with the 3D's hardships is to see it as a movie/novel that you know its ending already, you know when in the film/novel there will be a point in the story where everything appears to be hopeless for the main character and he's struggling too much, but if you have seen/read the story already you know it ends happily regardless of the hardships that appear in the start and/or midst of the story, this of course requires you to trust in your power and the process, so yes, live from the end, knowing that you are gonna arrive to there.
