So now you get rid of all the homey small town Americana branding and interior design. What is the brand now? Its nothing, its just a corporate restaurant selling oddly old fashioned food in an austere modernist setting.

Its removing all the tradition that made your brand and replacing it with absolutely nothing. Literally soulless.
