How I do I force myself to keep trying after making mistakes? My line of thought to justify giving up drawing goes something like this:
>tries copying something from reference
>draws lots of stuff
>compare the ref to my drawing
>"X is too small", "Y shouldn't be there", "I forgot Z" recognizing the mistake
>"I don't want to erase all this"
>closes drawing book with unfinished drawing/erases everything and doesn't try again
