I think you're wrong on this point. Every chapter showcases that they are more and more alike than not.
Also, going by your pic, why do people think that Sans' ate the food in the fridge? It never says the food isn't there, and the implication is literally worse than that; a metaphor that Sans is in Kris' home/safe space. Hence why it's "standing defiantly".
And also, Susie doesn't interrupt Sans & Toriel or shut off the music, it's just a narrative point to show that her words broke through their bullshit to Kris. They're still banging. Whether or not Susie knows Kris can hear him is another case, by why go back to his house to say it otherwise?
