It's hilarious because Blade of Courage mogs this hard by having Tails be hyped up by Sonic, shown to be his best friend visually through body language, and they're affectionate and close with one another like they should be.
Evan and Ian don't know how to write Tails so just write him like a nag (budget Sally) or as Sonic's annoying 'kid brother'.
