Netanyahu? Prolong the war and gain as many good boy points with his ultra-right-wing keepers, Bezalel and Itamar, as possible to distract from his corruption trials that continue being postponed by the state of emergency in Israel.
Bezalel and Itamar? Total Hamas Kill + maybe TPD. Distract from rapid expansion of settlements. Long-term goals are the annexation of Yehuda and Shomron back into Eretz Yisroel. Greater Israel is just a goal they like to circle-jerk about to get young macho mizrahis excited about right-wing zionism and to get pro-palis frothing at the mouth to increase apparent global antipathy towards Israel for the highly neurotic Israeli population to fall in line.
