Reducing my screentime by several hours, and not letting myself get ragebaited all day by news and stuff is saving me. The world is still fine outside of the algorithms that want to harness your energy. Don't give your energy to the vampires of social media and apps.
Use your energy to create your own life and customize your IRL character
When you let yourself get caught up in the news and hate and social media and porn and distractions staring at the rectangle in your hand all day, you feed the AI and the Billionaires and the Evil Ones.
When you touch grass and laugh and hang out with animals and trees, you get closer to God, whatever God is, the source of goodness
