Nothing. Seriously I’m 26 I’m always lean and I eat junk food almost everyday. I have more trouble putting on weight. I do no cardio and train 6 days a week only doing push, pull and arms. Sometimes my knees will ache and that’s when I do as many body weight squats as I can and after the aches will completely go away for a couple of weeks. My legs are already big for some reason.
