Okay, so you need to start setting small goals that will get you out of your comfort zone. Start with a goal of leaving your room once a day. Then work up to twice a day. Then start taking walks at night so you don't run into other people. Then start going during the day ETC. You need to face the fear in the smallest way that feels achievable to YOU. Don't make goals you are too scared to do. It has to be something that feels within reach. Over time you will get less anxiety about these things, and before you know it you will be getting your license. THE KEY IS TO START SMALL AND INCREMENT THE DISCOMFORT OVER TIME. I went through a similar thing years ago. Trust me. You can do it. You just have to really want it.
