Ross cleared this up in the recent video responding to Thor, Blizzard literally states in their T&C that they can shut down the game you bought for "no reason" if they want, no one is arguing that's too vague for the consumer to understand, or that anyone is being misled, they're arguing that it's so hostile towards the consumer it should be illegal
