I've seen 2ch users mention the "AI genned 2hus" in regards to the bosses, and there are multiple cases in the game's dialogue where Reimu and Marisa are confused between real and "illusions". Yuiman seems to be able to create fake people. I can't imagine the AI thing is pure shitpost when it's appeared in Japanese and Spanish places.
