How can I simulate the running experience on an elliptical or rowing machine? I can feel my heart pumping for its life while bikes don’t faze me.
PS: I do 3 miles of running 2-3 days a week, one HIIT sprint session, and one top speed sprint session (to lower my 100m) a week on top of my plyometrics. Should I swap my speed session for another HIIT workout?
