There's too many weird modes in this game, I get that the quests kind of introduce them in the context of the quest but then they just kinda toss the actual mode somewhere and you're supposed to find it and figure it out with at best barebones guidance.
I did my first arbitration the other day and it was a disaster. I had no idea what the fuck was going on and I probably made my teammates sad.
