Why is the pacing of movies so off lately. Every fucking movie looks like it was done half assed nowadays, even the non woke ones. No passion, so style... Trainspotting was a work of art, what happened to Danny Boyle? Spike Lee also, that nigger used to make good moves, black klansman was so fucking boring.
I think its beacusd all the editors and writers and directors are on SSRIs. Ive been around people on SSRIs a lot and their personality is like these movies, somethings missing. No soul.. in human

So... what the fuck was that?
Watched this last night trying to go in with no preconceived notions of what it was supposed to be, but it sort of fucking sucked. I liked a lot of stuff in the first half, but the entire 2nd half managed to continuously jump the shark while simultaneously being underwhelming as fuck at every possible opportunity. And that ending was laughably cringe.
Did anyone enjoy this at all? Is there any hope of the sequel being watchable?
