the funny thing about the "Majority vs Minority" opinion on the euro is that most people are aggressively anti-euro when they ask them: they literally go : " ДA TИ EБA ПУTКA MAЙHA HAЙШ КBO EBPO ЩE TИ ДAM ПEДAЛ CMOTAH, TA EБA У EBPO ПУTКATA, TA EБA!!!"
but then you go listen to politicians and they are like : "Bulgaria will be the best country in the world when we enter the euro zone! Best thing ever to exist! Bulgarian are so happy about the change! "
I do not know a single person IRL who will not kill you if express any pro-Eu opinions, yet somehow according to politicians, people are not only not giving death threads to anyone with pro-EU views, but also quite enthusiastic about the change.
