if fallout new vegas swapped out good writing, interesting world building and jank for millennial writing, borderlands-tier jokes and rick & morty "deep" themes then that'd be Outer Worlds
I have no interest in it and I suspect a lot of people feel the same, the studio that made New Vegas is long gone and more and more people have accepted that
