There isn't any need for that however. While it's obvious there is a disbalance in terms of screentime dedicated to some of the characters, that doesn't mean the ones that were affected by this ended up being "underdeveloped". As this anon >>282027802 said, they were really well characterized in spite of their short amount of screentime, to the point that even on these threads you can find countless of posts and discussions dedicated to them, with the sole exception of Raana obviously, but even then she is an actual fun and enjoyable plot-device, static character. There are many examples -as you said- of characters that have had their dedicated episodes or arcs that ended up amounting to nothing in terms of their characterization and such, and I don't think this is the case in Mygo or Mujica at all.
Ultimately, it's not only a matter of how much time you dedicate to a certain character, but rather how you use the time you have available for them, and in my opinion this series (MygoMujica) does so greatly.
Also, you have to take into account the type of story. If it's character driven or plot driven and such. Then the criteria change.
