No she's not only autistic, but if you think she isn't autistic then you're probably majorly autistic yourself. As someone who spends time with autistic people she isn't even joking levels of autism. Her blunt way of talking, complete inability to understand when she's being rude, inability to properly understand others, unwillingness to talk about things she isn't sure about, both direct and indirect in the worst ways, the fact she lives in garbage she isn't able to clean up herself, she eats the same thing daily because it feels safe to her, avoidance of people and consequences, everything about her mannerisms is autistic. I could easily list another hundred things about her that are autistic, and that's with the localization accidentally toning down her lines.
