she's the only character in the show to not stick up to her convictions, cowering in fear and following along instead. had they presented her in this more vulnerable light and less resentful one the show uses, i bet people would like her a lot more. i think ultimately that's also what people liked about Kim, it's not that she went along with Jimmy's bullshit, but that she realized her inner conflict and stayed true to herself after the fact.
It takes Skyler having Walt coming home screaming about having to drop everything and leave after (she assumes) killing Hank to finally stand up for herself and her family, despite being the character that voices her pro-law views the most in the show.
