Yeah it's quite miserable to play against, the only difference is that Rune right now is consistent where Dragon isn't.
I can see this game getting worse with each expansion until rotation MAYBE fixes things.
Also people cry about Luminous, but the 5 drop merman is the same so in some ways dragon also has the value drop factor.
Otohime fan can also get ridiculous if you get RNG by draws because 2x SEVO 2x EVO contribute 10 face damage on top of them.
Not like it's needed, it's just such a fucking stupid thing to have in the game.
