Gemini's been annoying the shit out of me lately. Had a whole thing planned with this scrub 0th level female adventurer where I'd be a dirty old man wizard that sees his youth as a less dirty young man wizard in her and decides to help her, and despite 99.9% of the story thus far being me treating her well, every single time I say or do anything the words are hitting her like a physical blow and she keeps breaking down and crying

Don't want to outright change the story since "Old wizard hires you as a sex maid" is plenty of reason for her actions but it's getting tiring when she thinks everything is a trap with some ulterior motive when the entire time I've been entirely straightforward about everything. I have added a bit about how I've been honest to the author's note and that's softened her a little, it's likely the context of the previous gens muddying the waters so much and probably should've been something I nipped in the bud earlier but again, a bit of it makes perfect sense. After a few in-story days have passed? Could still hate me, think this is disgusting, but PROBABLY not think a bowl of soup is a trap
