Difference in talking to NPCs in Fallout 3/NV and 4
Why exactly did Bethesda think this wouldn't piss people off?
There is only an illusion of choice because all 4 options loop into the same NPC response, where as a shop keeper in previous games can have multiple branches with each choice given you a new line.
