This is test footage for Imagi Animation's own CG movie adaptation of the Zelda games. Imagi, which was the studio that at that point was known for TMNT, was set to get this off the ground with the approval from Nintendo and were hoping for them to get involved with production. However, by the time their next movie Astro Boy became a box office failure, all of their plans have been scrapped, including all of the studio's other projects they had in development such as Cat's Tale, Tusker (a movie originally made by DreamWorks before that was canned), their adaptation of Gatchaman, and their sequel to TMNT, as the company had shut down. Only both concept art and a demo reel were ever revealed to the public (pic related).
