No. Silver and Blaze are still the characters from 06 but they lost their memories of their original partnership. Silver still remembers his Iblis future but not how it was fixed. He's lived in a peaceful future since the ending of 06 as the entire point of that game is fixing his future. Silver's good future is mentioned in Sonic Rivals and Colors DS.

In the ending of 06 all of the disaster was undone at the cost of everyone's memories. This means Silver's future was restored and Blaze was warped safely back to her dimension in turn for them forgetting their time together along with the rest of 06. Don't ask me for Blowing out Solaris cause that specifically to happen to Silver that's just how the culmination of 06's themes works.
