Quick is unfixable with just servants. The sole point of Quick is to generate critical stars, and you don't need it for that anymore. Anyone and their mother can now give you 20-50 critical starts per turn.
You can either use quick as a worse buster by going crit, or you can use quick as a worse arts by trying to loop.
Right now, quick has no place in the game. The way to fix quick is by adding something entirely new, that neither Buster nor Arts do better already.
