And they deliberately left Denathrius alive because he was received so positively.

Denathrius was "preserved" inside Remornia in 9.0
Renathal decided used the Naaru of the Ember Ward to hold him in containment.
The Dreadlords broke his prison and absconded with Remornia. In 9.1.
Malganis and femDreadlord whose name I forget died (but we've killed Malganis like 4 times in the franchise now) in 9.2.

And we've heard nothing about him since. Theyre saving Denathrius for a rainy day. They know he's like one of ~5 things from Sneedolands people liked.

I think Denathrius is the only plotline that keeps me invested at this point idk why.
