Okay so this is actually slightly loaded ill give you a tl:dr Yes most likely human is a top tier dps racial by last patch of an xpack normally.
>Human racial isn't 2% stat its improved 2% scaling on a stat (basically i get 2% MORE of a stat which also ignores stat drs)
>1% crit racials are flat additive to your character (going from 24%-25% on you spreadsheet) ignores stat drs
>1% haste racials are 1% of 100+[your haste stat] meaning if you have 30% haste, you get 1.3% haste from racial still ignores stat drs
So yes your correct in your assumption that 1% crit stat racial are better at the start (but not goblin goblin scales because it increases in value based on your stat). It might not be the absolute bisington racial but it probably rests in your top 3 (along with likely dwarf) for damage. Every other nigger will give you a non-answer here though. You can also check bloodmallet.com for BiS characters what races sim for what. Human is genuinely a good throughput race and you should also play what you like.

Essentially, he's the king of Purgatory.
Except Purgatory is staffed by vampires who drain souls of their animals generated by their evil thoughts.
People liked him a lot and thought he was a much more convincing villain than... really anyone since Garrosh.
Then they revealed that the Nathrezim were his creation that he sent to be his spies in every other cosmic force like the Legion and the Light and the Void and so on and he has some master plan that they've yet to actually write yet.
