I'm more leaning left than right (I love my guns, etc), but to me this was an attack on democracy. While I didn't agree with a lot of Charlie's radical ideas (like calling for Biden's execution, saying some deaths from gun violence is "worth it", etc) I absolutely defend his right to the freedom of speech. And when that is fucked with, in this way he was quite literally silenced, that's always going to piss off a bunch of people regardless of political left/right ideals because freedom of speech is one of the CORE democratic parts of our US Constitution, and you fuck with that, you're basically fucking with patriocy.
