Being so turned off by a game just because it has animal characters comes across as the same type of behavior as refusing to eat anything but macaroni & cheese and dinosaur chicken nuggets. I'm not talking about

I'm probably just underestimating the amount of people who play games, especially fighting games, for the characters. For me, the gameplay comes first and then that draws me into the characters, world, etc.
