DB is World is good because
1. DBSecret exists
2. You could get it extremely easily given combo-decos and Goldian/Fatty pieces
Intrepid is better in Rise bc it's more consistent plus you're probably spending a lot more time not getting hit + at high Investigation levels ANY hit can be critical so DB not activating could cost you a cart
