and lets say you lived until 75 and died from a stroke (i knew a old guy i was friends with who died like this in his early 80's)

it would seem to me like god would treat each case differently, because surely the extra 50 years of suffering and loneliness would have to be incorporated into the "karma" equation. so like, they'd have to be rewarded with well being, or these extra 50 years would have to go towards the "karmic debt"
