Just ketchup which is basically tomato vinegar jam.
The beef is not super lean so it has fat just like the cheese, but in moderation its healthy enough.
The buns are the most unhealthy part cause its loaded with sugar, carbs and preservatives.
So if you want a healthy burger scrap the bun and ketchup.
