Really? I always loved the idea. Taking my favorite anime/cartoon characters and inserting them into something like the American Civil War, seeing the drama unfold, and meeting the big names of the era like Lee, Grant, Lincoln, and Davis has been a recurring fantasy of mine since I was a kid. Probably due to reading all the John Carter novels when I was 10.
