Susie gets dressed up in Asriel's clothes, performs Asriel's role when Kris takes her to the diner, and by the end of the night Toriel tells her to sleep in Asriel's bed and calls her "honey." If anyone's "siblingzoned" it's her and Kris.
The problem here is you seeing that as an obstacle to their relationship.

Ralsei is genuinely a little vain and desperate for affection
He wants (You) to be happy and he wants Kris to be happy. He can probably tell if Kris isn't into it, but (despite the years of "Kris hates Ralsei" memes) Kris never does anything to suggest they don't like showing Ralsei affection, at most they just express that they'd rather get a hug from Susie in Chapter 2
