Orin shows up in Lotus Eaters and it's shown to be around the time CDS starts (or more likely even before the SDM arc). So it's very likely that CDS takes place in the future(?) or parallel alongside the later chapters of Lotus Eaters if we assume Lotus Eaters to be slightly behind the Present Day, with TH20 being the actual present.
