Tangentially related but it's kind of bullshit that the hoofwrestle between Applejack and Rainbow was a struggle at all when its been established that Earth Ponies can move fucking trains and houses with ease. I feel like if any of us went to Equestria and questioned any of this we'd be punished severely by the nature of the universe for questioning too much and not being harmonious enough. Or maybe Twilight Sparkle'd into accepting the mundane insanity of it all by being given some friends

Keep in mind that hypersexual obsession is how the furries get themselves through the door. Reducing everything unique and wonderful about ponies and turning it into just another thing to leer at on their platter.
Not that horsefucking is bad. But you have to be tastefully tasteless.
However, I live here and I am profoundly autistic and I will never bend. Even as ponies inspire me to be a better person and to use my time more productively, I still find myself here.

all the ponies start 'later' in their paths than they should've i think? except for maybeee rarity and in my opinion, twilight (later season prevalence aside because she's a different character by then) who in the early seasons felt like she was early in her journey; constantly messing up spells and 'only' knowing 36 magic tricks, most of them being for seemingly trivial things. though i do still think her character was mishandled in other ways..
either way i completely agree regarding RD.

not just the second smartest and the most mature but also a LEADER. just look at her situational awareness and headstrong nature in the first episode, as well as her frequently calling the shots. she's honestly the coolest character
