No, I do not mean thinking about "problems" like mundane third-spatial shit like browsing this opinion board or fretting on semmantic bullshit. I mean more in the sense of trying to find out what Consciousness is on an instinctual, apriori level, or its source; if you start really digging at the more difficult questions of existence, while walking along a trail, and you really are passionate at it, you can reach a state of Oneness for a moment with existence: The sights, the sounds, they all become glass clear and defined. For an instant, it feels like you have made sense of everything, One discovers there's no need to fret, and all previous problems seems so stupid and meaningless, and that is quite something else. It's even better if one returns back with an insight that wasn't present before.
If that's not "meditation", I couldn't give a fuck what "meditation" then is. Semantics kiss dick.
