Ironically some of the most violent criminals, or more psychopathic, organized and sadistic serial killers that have been found were people who looked extremely mellow and withdrawn, both white and asian. At least in my country it's more of an issue of classes over races, it's more likely that a "poor" or low-resources person, or simply a person who was raised in a villa will come and steal from you. Not even black (african) people are a danger, it's related to mestizo argentinians. And some are really really white. *shrug*
