Depends on your roster and what you're going to grab.
Get Hissabeth if you want a "Glove fits all" plant DPS that wouldn't excel at most things but still provides a way to deal with a variety of situations
Grab Aleph if you invest into impromptu coin with Kiperina who's the only "mandatory" character for impromptu.
Follow whichever your heart desires as that's what matters in the end. Nothing's a challenge outside of Reveries but Natuika can just nuke it anyways lol.
