She may have just said that to Nayuta to make what she was doing seem seem less hostile. It's possible she just wanted to kill Asa/Yoru right then and there, after they failed to make any progress with Denji.
But since Denji ended up saving Asa multiple times during that whole ordeal, her original plan became viable again. Especially after she got rid of Nayuta who stood in the way.
