I loathe this idea that a protagonist being a complete doormat is justifiable under the guise of him being "relatable". Kei Kurono, Kakeru Kurosawa, and Tatsuhiro Satou all had major aspects of their character I identified with and their personalities still went beyond being completely spinless.
