This is probably a bad advice, but any of them. Liking the hero is more important than checking for some skillcap limits (none of current heroes are really that high skill except maybe Lash and Viscous).
Your learning experience for the first 10-20 hours WILL be miserable no matter what, so at least get a hero whom you enjoy winning and losing with.
