On each shot. That builds up really fast across a ~200 bullet magazine-- even if you only land half of your mag you're still doing 4600% Spirit damage to someone in total. Combine it with Vampiric Burst for shits and giggles and more ammo and at like ~240 bullets you can hit like...~10,000% Spirit Damage assuming you hit most of your shots between Split Shot creating a literal wave of bullets and then hosing some dumb nigger down with Spirit Slow crippling them to a crawl to where they can't dodge. Split Shot and Ricochet also spreads that damage around across any nearby targets too. You're basically Medusa but squishier and with higher DPS. I MIGHT be wrong on the Math, I'm a writer, not a math nerd. I got F's in Math in High School. But I know that landing so much as 75-100 bullets will do a shit ton of damage even with non-Spirit items in the mix like Titanic Magazine, Ricochet, Split Shot and Fleetfoot.

I don't know why anyone would buy Lucky Shot on a QSR/MM build, just get a bunch of Spirit and slot in the 3-4 gun items you need and shred people with magic damage bullets. Lucky Shot is for Gun damage maxxing, MM is for Spirit Damage maxxing so you can always just fill in a gap damage-wise for the team. Speaking of which I should probably open up my game and create a second build for MM when Spirit Damage is needed on the team.

We need a 6400 gun item that locks your view in place and unloads your entire magazine in a few seconds in a hail of bullets. Something like boosts your fire rate by +300% but you can't turn much during it as a sort of suppressing fire or bullet version of a nuke active skill. The point is if you miss or get stunned/knocked out of the channel you are forced to reload but would synergize with other gun builds and would be a fun active to use besides just split shot, capacitor, or vampiric burst since there are so few fun actives in that item class.

I played mina once or twice and ult was always not doing anything but on enemy team her ult destroys anyone in 1.5 seconds.

guys Victor is a little bit weak.
i think they should buff him. add back the passive spirit and gun resist and make the ult 30 second cooldown. also make his aura do only 20% damage back to him

There's no way to test my build unless I get to a higher rank, but the rank system is broken now, and I'm stuck in Initiator 1 forever.
Here's what I went with every match, and so far it's doing just fine. It's low rank after all.

I get Boundless Spirit + Spirit Burn + Tank Buster & the ult become so strong the enemy can't face tank it at all and need to find a cover to hide.
If they are CC'd or busy fighting my team, they are pretty much dead 85% of the time.
