I've only just taken my first real steps into the genre with SF6. Kind of mind broken right now because I got Master with my first character and immediately dropped 200MR because everyone plays like high Plat/low Diamond Rank psychos but with real combos and corner pressure and my gameplay isn't nearly as solid as I thought it was. I'm too stubborn to switch to another game till I feel like I've become not-a-shitter, but kind of want to try out an anime game like Melty or Uni while also playing SF6.

>the lane fighting him feeds him and everyone is constantly roaming alone giving him free stacks and kills, and nobody builds any support items to keep him from getting easy kills
>any time I play Drifter
>enemy team makes it their life mission to never take remotely risky fights in lane and everyone is roaming with a second teammate + they usually have asscancer team comps full of things that stop me from doing anything in fights/skirmishes/1v1s-- either cause they're able to just escape, CC me, or both and all of them play like their coordinated 5-6 stack smurfs
>this happens 100% of the time
And now I have an actual headache. Time to close this stupid fucking game.

I decided "Fuck it, might as well give the "Advice" a re-read if this guy is so insistent on it." I looked back on the "Help" you guys offered me. Absolutely none of it was useful in solving the problem. Separating horizontal and vertical movement was something I already knew I had to do, none of the methods provided for accomplishing this actually worked, and the rest of the "Help," such as what this guy was offering

Actively did not help because it gutted the core system of my movement, along with how it ignored key pieces of syntax in C#. That, and it caused a ton of compiler errors that I wouldn't be able to fix without also gutting the entire system and as a result defeating the point of what I was aiming for.
So no, you don't get to say I wasn't "Interacting with the help wrong" because it wasn't help at all.
My movement system is ever-so slightly different from a basic 3D Unity project due to how the WASD directions are oriented to where the camera is currently facing, with said camera being uncontrolled.
Literally as helpful as an AI, and that's an insult to the AI to be compared to the likes of ye.
If I ever see your sorry ass trying to say some bullshit like this again, I'll hit you with a curse.
