Closer to what her final design will probably be like when compared to the forehead demon, we don't even know when to expect it to drop, if this game works like TF2 and they add community cosmetics I'll be 100% making a hime cut cosmetic for her.
The only thing I fear is some "hurr you can't change the whole hair because visibility you must be able to instantly tell it's her from a lazy glance from around a corner" limitation to maintain the "competitive integrity."

I'm pretty sure the reason is that women mainly play healing supports or ADCs and those roles are full of female characters, they should've made hot male healslut supports if they wanted to capitalize on their female playerbase, I had an ex I introduced to the game and she played nothing but Morgana, Ms. Fortune, Ashe, Caitlyn, Lulu and Yuumi.
